Who we are

UNCHAIND is a trade name of André Madeira, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 97170305, based in the Netherlands. André Madeira is the data controller for data collected through this website. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

When you reserve: your first name, last name and email address.
When you pay: payment runs entirely through Stripe. We never see or store your account or card details; we only receive a payment reference and status.
In the founder survey: your preferences about flavour, texture and product features.

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising trackers on this website.

Why we use your data

Processing and confirming your reservation (basis: performance of the contract).
Sending Batch 001 updates from the founder (basis: contract performance and legitimate interest; you can unsubscribe at any time).
Processing refunds (basis: contract performance and legal obligation).
Shaping the recipe based on aggregated survey answers (basis: legitimate interest).

Who we share data with

Only with the parties needed to deliver the service: Stripe (payments), MailerLite (email) and Cloudflare (hosting), under GDPR data-processing terms. We never sell your data.

Retention

Reservation data is kept until Batch 001 delivery is completed or your reservation is refunded, plus the period required by Dutch tax law (7 years for administrative records). Email data is deleted when you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Email [email protected] and we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
