Dark chocolate over a soft filling of cashew and oats, with pieces of blueberry and a pinch of salt. Not sweet like a candy bar: the sweetness comes from the berry and the chocolate.

Because food has sugar. We add no sweeteners and we don't make altered food. Of the 5.1 g per bar, more than half comes from the chocolate, the rest mostly from the blueberry.

We're still testing two: tapioca and chicory root. With tapioca the bar turned stickier, with chicory it feels fresher. Feedback from tasters and dietitians decides.

No. A bar has 3.5 g of protein. It's a bar with 8.2 g of fibre and 5.1 g of sugar, made with ingredients you know from your own kitchen.
