The UNCHAIND standard

What you eat matters. So we keep the list short and explain what goes in.

• Organic agricultural ingredients
• No sweeteners
• No flavourings
• No protein powder
• No preservatives
• No genetically modified ingredients, as organic rules require
• High in fibre: 8.2 g per bar
• The sweetness comes from blueberry and dark chocolate

Every agricultural ingredient is organic. Salt cannot be organic, that is the only exception. We arrange certification with Skal Biocontrole before delivery.

The bar was developed with a food developer and tasted by dietitians and trainers. Their feedback decides choices like the fibre and the chocolate.

For every ingredient we look at three suppliers. Organic only, with an origin we can trace. Price comes after that.

We make the bar in small batches in a professional kitchen in South Holland. Batch 1 is 1,000 bars.

The bar only touches aluminium. Around it is paper. We state exactly what the packaging is made of, without vague green promises.
